Regence Blue Shield offers a comprehensive array of individual and employer-based health care plans, including:
- Selections® are plans offering individuals and families a full range of benefits, including maternity, prescription drugs, and preventative care. Members can choose from 2 deductible amounts, $500 or $1000.
- Preferred Plan $750, a plan offering a full range of benefits that include coverage for maternity care, prescription drugs, and preventative care visits. Members have a calendar year deductible of $750 per individual or $2250 per family.
- Selections® Plan $1500 and Preferred Plan $1500, a plan with affordable rates, designed to protect members against unforeseen medical expenses arising from illness or injury. The calendar year deductible is $1500.
- HSA-Qualified Individual Preferred Catastrophic Plan $2500 ($5000 for families), a high-deductible plan that works in conjunction with a tax-advantaged health savings account (HSA) from either the institution of the member’s choice or Wells Fargo. The deductible amount for individuals is $2500 or $5000 for families.
- MedAdvantage Plan, an approved plan contracted by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to provide all the benefits of Medicare Parts A and B as well as additional coverage options. Members may add Medicare Script Part D Prescription Drug Coverage that offers them access to hundreds of pharmacies as well as mail-order prescription services.
