- Direct Share POS Plan, a point of service plan wherein members are at liberty to visit any providers within the plan network without referrals from their primary care physicians.
- Empire EPO or National EPO Plus, an exclusive provider organization plan that allows members to seek medical attention from any provider within the plan network. Members are not required to select a primary care physician, and can self-refer to in-network specialists.
