The BlueChoice® network and the BlueCard® network consists of over 600,000 licensed doctors and 6,000 hospitals, so you are sure to find the right doctor for you.
- BlueEdge PPO, a new preferred provider organization plan that allows policy holders to dictate when and how their health care dollars are spent. Not only does this policy cover 100 percent of all preventive health care and wellness visit costs before the deductible is met, but consumers can visit any doctor any time without a referral.
- BlueChoice Plus POS, a point of service plan that is ideal for companies with more than 50 employees. With this plan, you select a primary care physician from over 600,000 doctors affiliated with the BlueChoice® network or the BlueCard® network.
